The assignment concerns the replacement of the existing sewer system for a separate sewer system and the redesign of the public space inhoorn-noord and the venenlaankwartier. the assignment is divided into sub-areas. the tender concerns lot 11, lots 1 to 10 are subject to the lot regulation art. 2.18 paragraph 3 of the aw2012 or are awarded 1-to-1.Replacing the sewer system and redesigning the public area in hoorn-noord and venenlaankwartier, with (if applicable) the following activities: • removing and possibly foaming the existing sewer system, including overlying road pavement • laying new rainwater and waste water sewer (separate system) • construction of permanent drainage• realizing climate-adaptive measures• replacing house connections• redesigning the street including delivery of materials• felling of trees and removing stumps/root systems, removal of green waste• drainage plan• source drainage• planting of green areas• moving public lighting• earthmoving and drain
